Remove the pump plate screws and pump plate. 4. Remove the rotor insert and blades. 5. Thoroughly clean the pump housing before installing the new rotor. 6. Check the gap on the rotor and adjust it to 0.003 to 0.004 if needed. 7. Reassemble the unit and adjust the pump pressure.
